customers which means that we have to be responsible to protect each customer and
to provide the best service. The following policies were established to ensure those
obligations are met.

Abuse of Copyrights of others |
|
Customers may not upload or transmit any message, data, image
or program that would violate the property rights of others. This includes the unauthorized
transmission of copyrighted text, images, music, programs, or trade secrets or other
confidential and proprietary information, trademarks, service marks or trade names
used in an infringing manner. |

Abuse of Server Resources |
|
Installing programs in the background on a Premier Concept's
server without Premier Concept's prior written authorization, or running chat rooms,
Internet Relay Chat, IRC bots, and the like are not acceptable uses of Premier Concept
's servers. Further, any usage of twenty percent (20%) or more of our system resources
is an undue burden on our system and is unacceptable. If your usage ever exceeds twenty
percent (20%) of system resources, you will be contacted and asked to eliminate the
problem. |

Unacceptable Activities / Abuse of Laws |
|
Customers may not use Premier Concept facilities and capabilities
to conduct, or solicit the performance of, any illegal activity, or to conduct any
other activity which infringes on the rights of Premier Concept or any third party.Premier
Concept reserves the right to report illegal activities to any and all regulatory,
administrative, and/or governmental authorities for prosecution. All unacceptable
activities includes:

Adult Site

Pornography
-
Pirated Software

Illegal MP3

Money Back Guarantee |
|
** Should you are not satisfied with our service, you can request
for a refund within first 30 days of account activation. Premier Concept will refund
your money. Premier Concept will not refund fees which you paid for the internic or
other domain name registration facility. |

Cancellation |
|
All Web hosting charges are due and payable upon receipt, and are delinquent at the
start of the hosting period. Cancellation can be done by sending email to billing@premierconcept.com.
There is no cancellation fee, all fees paid for service up to the notice of cancellation
are non-refundable. |

Suspension |
|
Activities which result in account suspension, USD 50 setup
charge is applied for the deactivation. |

Premier Concept will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer.
This includes data loss, wrong delivery, non-deliveries and other interruption of
service caused by Premier Concept. Premier Concept reserves
